HRPP Guidance Documents Available

The Auburn University Human Research Protection Program (HRPP) has key SOPs and general 

guidance documents for the research community locaoted in the Endeavor Library.  Two Key documents are also linked below:

 

View HRP-101 - HUMAN RESEARCH PROTECTION PROGRAM PLAN
  • The Human Research Protection Program Plan provides an overview of Auburn's HRPP, including the institutional framework, roles and responsibilities, ethical principles, regulatory requirements, and oversight processes that support the protection of research participants. 

View HRP-103 - Investigator Manual 

  • The Investigator Manual serves as a comprehensive resource for investigators and study teams, outlining requirements and expectations for the conduct of human subjects research at Auburn, including training requirements, submission processes, informed consent, post-approval responsibilities, and investigator obligations.

All investigators, research staff, faculty mentors, and others involved in the conduct or oversight of human subjects research are encouraged to review these documents and become familiar with the policies, procedures, and responsibilities that apply to their research activities. The documents are available in the Endeavor Library and should be used as primary references when planning, submitting, and conducting research involving human participants.
