Focus Areas

Auburn Research is comprised of hundreds of projects representing every area of study offered by our 12 colleges. Those projects are guided by four key focus areas, with each devoted to exploring and overcoming particular issues and challenges.

"Building Research Communities in AI," a showcase and workshop collaboration of AI @ AU and the Team Science Series, is accepting abstract submissions through January 29, 2026. The event will take place in the Melton Student Center ballroom March 3.
