Misty W. Schwieker, patents administrator, is a certified IP paralegal with 20+ years’ experience with Auburn University, specializing in technology transfer operations including docketing, database management, US and foreign maintenance and annuity fee management, invention intake and facilitating patent, trademark and copyright filings and prosecution. 

Misty plays an active role in AUTM where she serves on the AUTM university operations planning committee.
